Preferably prior working experience in construction or design,
however this is not a requirement . Successful candidates will be
enthusiastic team players, hard working, flexible and able to work
systematically.
Job description:
Account managers will be required to:
-
Act as the primary point person for construction and design
projects in progress:
-
-
Aid communication between the team, the client and
the designers
-
Track schedules and progress and report to the client
-
Analyze and solve problems related to everything from
licensing to materials supply as they occur during the course
of a project
-
Negotiate with English speaking suppliers
-
Provide documentation to satisfy ISO requirements
-
Visit sites of new development projects
-
-
Act as the primary point person for tendering/bidding and
proposals involving English speaking clients:
-
Aid communication between the team and the
client/external parties
-
Assemble bid/proposal package in English/Chinese
-
Provide translation support
-
Conduct presentations for potential and existing clients
-
Maintain our
relationships with various developers, interior designers,
architects as well as consultants in related fields such as
lighting, MEP, etc.

Developing new business through interactions with your
accounts and people in your network
-
Bring in new accounts through referrals, marketing
efforts, etc
-
Travel: Travel is rare, however this candidate must be
willing to travel if business requires it.
Requirements:

Fluent written and spoken English

Experience in account management and construction project management

Experience interacting with MNCs

Advanced knowledge of excel, word, powerpoint

Familiarity with ISO requirements a plus
The successful candidate will be able to interact with MNC
clientele with a high level of professionalism. They will have a
strong ability to plan complex projects with a great deal of attention
to detail. While they will be able to plan to avoid project mishaps,
they also will have the experience required to handle stressful
situations with ease when the unexpected arises. Communication and
planning skills are of utmost importance in this role.
